Welcome to the first wet room reveal from this stunning renovation project

Formerly connected to a linen room and the first bedroom (now transformed into the whiskey room), the laundry previously featured three separate doorways, which significantly reduced valuable storage space and functionality.

As part of the redesign, the large existing window was removed, as the opposing doors would swing into it. In its place, a new double-glazed window positioned symmetrically between the openings, along with double-glazed external door. This not only improves the layout but also maximises natural light throughout the space.

With practicality in mind the laundry features:
• Double pull-out laundry baskets for separating lights and darks
• A full-height storage cupboard to accommodate GPO for stick vacuum, ironing board, clothes airer and other household essentials
• An overhead hanging rail, ideal for drying delicate garments
• Linear split heating /cooling positioned above to assist with drying hanging clothes efficiently

Adding a sense of luxury and sophistication is the bold Russo Levanto marble benchtop/splashback, beautifully complemented by matching floor tiles. The rich veining and dramatic tones create a striking focal point, elevating this hardworking space into a true design feature of the home.

The result is a highly functional, light-filled laundry that combines clever storage solutions with a refined aesthetic and timeless material selections.
